We ship all orders from USA and Europe. Dynamic currency conversion powered by Shopify allows us to accept orders in USD (by default), AUD, GBP, EUR. You must change this before checkout.

Please ensure all addresses are accurate and in English as we do not take responsibility for the loss of delivery items where the address is incorrect.

Shipping & Order Information

✰ How long do orders take to ship?

All orders are despatched within 5-10 business days. Please allow for extra time during a sale or holiday period. We reserve the right to delay shipment for reasons such as a delay in production.

Please note: we are unable to provide an accurate timeframe during this time due to COVID-19 impacts. Please expect delays.

✰ Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries in the world. Add your item to checkout to view country availability and cost.

✰ Discount Codes

From time-to-time, we may offer discounts, however, promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied thereafter.

✰ How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Rates and timeframes differ depending on your location. Please checkout to see the applicable rates for your order.

At this stage, we only offer standard shipping on all orders. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change depending on economic fluctuations.

GST is charged to Australian customers upon checkout. VAT and Import Duty Tax is included in the prices of all our items, and will not be charged to our customers upon delivery. Please contact us if you have been requested for payment of duties after Sep 01 2020.

✰ Can I track my order?

All orders will come with a link to track your item as soon as it ships.

✰ My item hasn't arrived even though it's past the estimated date of delivery!

Please keep an eye on your tracking information. If it's been past 5 business days of the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, all packages are assumed delivered if we are not contacted within 30 days of shipment despatch and we will no longer hold responsibility if lost.

✰ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by major cards through the Shopify platform, as well as PayPal and Sezzle.

Returns & Exchanges

✰ Can I cancel my order?

All items are final sale and cannot be refunded. If you would like to change your order, such as the delivery address, please email us immediately. 

✰ Can I return my item?

All sales are final sale after shipment, and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange as we cannot store any returns.

I received a damaged / incorrect item!

We take quality of our garments incredibly seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within a week of receiving your item.

Honeymoon & Co. takes no responsibility for damage when garments have been washed or worn.
