Founded by a local and independent Australian designer, Honeymoon & Co. ships all orders, made-to-order, from USA and Europe. 

Dynamic currency conversion powered by Shopify allows us to accept orders in USD (by default), AUD, GBP, EUR. You must change this before checkout.

Please ensure all addresses are accurate and in English as we do not take responsibility for the loss of delivery items where the address is incorrect.

All orders are processed, manufactured, and despatched within 5-10 business days. Please allow for extra time during a sale or holiday period.

At this stage, we only offer standard shipping on all orders. From time-to-time, we may offer discounts, however, promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied thereafter. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change depending on economic fluctuations.

Taxes, GST, or VAT are included. Customs fees may be charged and Honeymoon & Co. will not responsible for these charges. However, as we ship *most* European orders from our Europe facility; these fees may not be charged to European customers.

✰ Can I track my order?

Most orders will come with a link to track your item as soon as it ships. For orders within USA, we utilise USPS/DHL/UPS as delivery partners. Local couriers are used for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

✰ Can I cancel my order?

All items are final sale and cannot be refunded. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately.

✰ Can I return my item?

All sales are final sale after shipment, and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. As our garments are made-to-order by an independent contractor, we do not have a storage facility to store any returns.

I received a damaged / incorrect item!

We take quality of our garments incredibly seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will do everything in our power to resolve your issue. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Honeymoon & Co. takes no responsibility for damage when garments have been washed or worn.
