All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted if the item you have received is either incorrect or damaged.

We aim to ship orders within 3-7 business days. This excludes any items that are on pre-order. Orders may be subject to additional delays such as a delay in production, during sale and holiday periods. 

Please ensure all addresses are accurate and in English as we do not take responsibility for the loss of delivery items where the address is incorrect. 

From time-to-time, we may offer discounts, however, promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied thereafter.

Shipping rates and timeframes differ depending on your location. Please checkout to see the applicable rates for your order. At this stage, we only offer standard shipping on all orders. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change.

Free shipping on all orders in the US and free international shipping over $150.

Item that are on pre-order will be stated in the product's description. Estimated timeframes are listed and we reserve the right to delay shipment due to a delay in production or other circumstances.

All orders will come with a link to track your item as soon as it ships.

Please keep an eye on your tracking information. If you have not received your item after 4 weeks, please contact customer support immediately. If we are not contacted after this period, we assume your order is delivered and we will not be held responsible if the item is lost in transit or has not arrived.

We take quality of our garments incredibly seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will do everything in our power to resolve your issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items that are washed or worn are no longer the responsibility of Honeymoon & Co, and purchasers should be aware of proper care of their garments to maintain its original quality.

Please cold wash your garment inside out to prevent damage and ensure its life.
