We ship to most countries in the world. Add your item to checkout to view country availability and cost. If we don't ship to your country, let us know!

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days. Please allow for extra time during a sale or holiday period. We reserve the right to delay shipment for reasons such as a delay in production. Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Domestic orders within USA usually arrive 3-5 business days after shipment.
International orders outside of USA can take 2-4 weeks. Fedex International Express takes approximately 2-5 business days.

Rates and timeframes differ depending on your location. Please checkout to see the applicable rates for your order.

At this stage, we only offer standard shipping on all orders in the USA. We are currently trialling international express shipments and this may be available on some orders. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change.

GST is charged to Australian customers upon checkout. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged VAT and Import Duty Tax upon delivery.

All orders will come with a link to track your item as soon as it ships.

For domestic orders within USA, if your item has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
For international orders, if your item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us.

For the avoidance of doubt, all packages are assumed delivered if we are not contacted within 4 weeks of your order shipping and we will no longer hold responsibility if lost in transit.

We accept payment by major cards through the Shopify platform, as well as PayPal and Sezzle.

From time-to-time, we may offer discounts, however, promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied thereafter.

Return policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. We accept exchanges within the US for size changes only. Please email us at info@honeymoonandco.com within 7 days of your item arriving to arrange for a size exchange.

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted if the item you have received is either incorrect or damaged.
