We ship to most countries in the world. Add your item to checkout to view country availability and cost. If we don't ship to your country, let us know!

All orders are despatched within 5-10 business days. Please allow for extra time during a sale or holiday period. We reserve the right to delay shipment for reasons such as a delay in production. Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Please note: we are unable to provide an accurate timeframe during this time due to COVID-19 impacts. Please expect delays.

Domestic orders within USA usually arrive 3-5 business days after shipment.
International orders outside of USA can take 2-4 weeks.

Rates and timeframes differ depending on your location. Please checkout to see the applicable rates for your order.

At this stage, we only offer standard shipping on all orders. Please note that shipping prices are subject to change.

GST is charged to Australian customers upon checkout. VAT and Import Duty Tax is included in the prices of all our items, and will not be charged to our customers upon delivery for orders less than $100. Customers will be responsible for any additional duties for orders over $100.  If you have received a charge for payment of duties, please contact us prior to making payment so we can arrange reimbursement.

All orders will come with a link to track your item as soon as it ships.

For domestic orders within USA, if your item has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
For international orders, if your item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us.

For the avoidance of doubt, all packages are assumed delivered if we are not contacted within 4 weeks of your order shipping and we will no longer hold responsibility if lost in transit.

We accept payment by major cards through the Shopify platform, as well as PayPal and Sezzle. 
Please be advised that the minimum order amount for payments via Sezzle is $60 USD. For FAQs on Sezzle, please click here.

From time-to-time, we may offer discounts, however, promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied thereafter.

Return policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be accepted if the item you have received is either incorrect or damaged.
